These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Data Concept Solutions Ltd. By using our services or engaging with us, you agree to these terms.
Services
Data Concept Solutions Ltd provides IT services including (but not limited to):
- IT support and managed services
- Network setup and maintenance
- Cybersecurity services
- Cloud services and Microsoft 365 support
- Hardware supply and installation
- CCTV and security system installation
All services will be agreed in writing or via email prior to commencement.
Service Delivery
We will:
- Provide services with reasonable care and skill
- Aim to respond to support requests within agreed timeframes
- Deliver services in line with agreed specifications
Response times may vary depending on service level agreements (SLAs) in place.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Ensure authorised access to systems when required
- Maintain appropriate backups unless otherwise agreed
- Use systems and services in a lawful manner
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect service delivery.
Access to Systems
To provide IT support, we may require access to:
- Computers, servers, and networks
- Cloud platforms and accounts
All access will be carried out securely and only where necessary to deliver services.
Data Protection
We handle all client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will:
- Treat all data as confidential
- Only access data when necessary
- Take reasonable steps to ensure data security
Cybersecurity
While we take reasonable steps to improve and maintain system security, no system can be guaranteed as completely secure.
Clients are responsible for:
- Following recommended security practices
- Maintaining secure passwords and access controls
CCTV & Security Systems
Where CCTV or alarm systems are installed:
- The client is responsible for compliance with data protection laws
- We do not monitor or control CCTV footage unless agreed
- System maintenance and monitoring may be provided under separate agreement
Hardware & Software
Any hardware or software supplied:
- Remains subject to manufacturer warranties
- Must be used in accordance with licensing terms
- Is non-refundable unless faulty
Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be agreed prior to work commencing
- Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
Limitation of Liability
Data Concept Solutions Ltd will not be liable for:
- Loss of data (unless caused by negligence)
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits
- Indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the services provided.
Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to:
- Third-party service failures
- Internet outages
- Circumstances beyond our control
Termination
Either party may terminate services by providing reasonable notice, unless otherwise agreed in contract.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:
- Non-payment
- Misuse of services
- Breach of these terms
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be published on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
